Senegalese Arena: Garga Mbosse Wallops Moussa Ndoye

It was a bitter pill to swallow for Moussa Ndoye yesterday evening as he got spanked by Garga Mbosse in the Senegalese arena.

Yesterday’s duel would have been a reputation risk for Garga had he endured defeat but the club Door Dorat’s juggernaut held firm his ground going about his tactic patiently.

Prior to this fight, he lost to Boy Niang II, which had him in self-imposed sabbatical from the arena for two years, making Sunday’s epic clash a must-win with his status shaken in the second tier.

An immediate hand-swinging ensued at the start with Moussa surging forward as his adversary retracted in a tactical withdrawal causing the arbiter to halt the combat twice as fans impatiently urged the two to grapple.

Receiving two warnings each for time-wasting, Garga began initiating the fight for the first time launching teasing blows as Ndoye went for him.

Mbosse contained the onslaught as they battled before going in a side-way fall with Mbosse toppling his opponent who crashed, head first, into the sands.

33-year-old, Garga on ten wins now, is being tipped to face Sa Thies in his next.
