Kenyan Premier League side AFC Leopards has parted ways with 11 of their players after the conclusion of 2018/19 Kenyan Premier League campaign.

Ingwe struggled for the better part of the season and at some point were battling the drop from the Kenyan Premier League.

The team finished 11th in the 18-team Kenyan Premier League log and have already begun preparations for next season by sending some players packing to create room for new arrivals.

Among those released are four foreign players. They are Rwandan keeper Eric Ndayishimiye, Ugandan midfielder Ivan Sekazza who joined the club in March, Congolese striker Wayi Yeka who moved to the den in December and Tanzanian winger Marcel Kaheza who was on loan at the club from Simba SC.

Others are keeper Jairus Adira, defenders Moses Mburu and Abdallah Salim. Midfielders Aziz Okaka and Paul Were. Shami Kibwana and Soter Kayumba who were on loan at the club will return to their parent clubs KCB and Sofapaka respectively.

Released players Ivan Sekazza, Jairus Adira, Paul Were, Marcel Kaheza, Eric Ndayishimiye, Wayi Yeka, Moses Mburu, Abdallah Salim, Shami Kibwana, Aziz Okaka, Soter Kayumba.
