Kenya national team, Harambee Stars, has arrived safely in Moroni ahead of their 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Les Coelacanths of Comoros on Sunday.

The team led by coach Jacob “Ghost” Mulee and his technical team arrived in Comoros with 25 players, who checked into their new lodgings at 12h30.

Kenneth Muguna and Lawrence Juma have been included into the squad that will play the crucial qualifier where Stars will be required to pick maximum points in order to increase their chance of making it to Cameroon.

The team has been training at Utalii Grounds in the last two days before leaving for Comoros for the must win reverse fixture in Group G.

Stars settled for a 1-1 draw with Comoros in the first leg in a match staged at the Moi International Sports Centre Kasarani. Youssouf M’Changama put the visitors ahead in the 26th minute with Kenya pulling an equalizer in the 65th minute courtesy of Masoud Juma’s bicycle kick.
