We’re Going for Win against Colombia – Senegal’s Alfred Njie

Midfield kingpin Alfred John Momar N’Diaye believes there won’t any further slip-ups with Senegal going for a win against Colombia.

Then Inui levelled before Moussa Wague raced Senegal ahead again only for Honda to leap to the Blue Sumarais’ rescue in a topsy-turvy affair.

And N’Diaye is of the strong conviction there won’t be any dozing offs again for the Lions in their must-win tie against the Tricolors of Colombia.

“This is not a bad result, with 2-2, we remain top of the group with (Samurai Blue).We are just disappointed with the outcome of match,” he said, before adding, “We’re going to play for the win (against Colombia). We’ll do everything to win, we’ve had a good start in this competition.”

The Wolverhampton playmaker featured from the start but got hauled off later in the 65^th minute for Chiekhou Kouyate.

Senegal plays Colombia Thursday.
