Transfer News: Galatasaray Monitoring Hassan Bande

Galatasaray are reportedly weighing up a January move for Ajax Amsterdam centre-forward Hassan Bande, according to Fomotac.

The 20-year-old Burkina Faso international has not played since tearing a calf muscle during training with his Dutch side in October last year.

Already there have been suggestions that he could leave in a cut-price deal during the January transfer window.

Fomotac claims that Galatasaray is considering a mid-season transfer and they are ready to pay 9.5 million euros.

While getting game-time at Ajax was always going to be difficult for the youngster, few would have anticipated him to make a move out of the club.

During the time when he was fit, the forward showed he was more of a threat to opposition defenders. But unfortunately for him, there was no call-up in the starting eleven to show what he is capable of.

Seeing Bande in the current Galatasaray team under manager Fatih Terim would be intriguing for Burkina Faso football lovers, as the Lions are participating in UEFA Champions League.
