Transfer News: Amazulu Release 15-Players

In a bid of revamping its squad, South Africa Premier Soccer League side Amazulu has officially released fifteen players ahead of the June transfer window.

Neil Boshoff, Tapelo Xoki, Xola Mlambo, Luvuyo Memela, Philani Zulu, Limbikani Mzava, Tsepo Masilela, Kgotso Moleko have been released.

Shockingly, Agustine Mulenga, one of the players who were arguably one of the outstanding players of the KwaZulu Natal- based outfit is among those who have left.

Others are South Sudan attacker Abraham Majok, Henrick Ekstein, Thabo Qalinge, Siphelele Mthembu, Andre de Jong and Siyethemba Sithebe.

In a statement, Usuthu wished the players best of luck after confirming that they had parted way on mutual consent.

“AmaZulu Football Club would like to thank this list of players for their contributions towards the growth of the club. We wish each one of them the very best in their future aspirations,” read the statement.

The departures  are part of the teams plans to build a solid team for Coach Brandon Truter who was officially confirmed as the permanent head coach last week.
