Red-hot Liberian Star Eyeing Big European Move

Kenyan-based Liberian forward Roosevelt Blaty says he is desirous of a move to Europe to gain more recognition.

The 23-year-old former Bandari and Ushuru FC forward was close to joining Tunisian side Esperance last summer but the move fell through over disagreement on the transfer fee.

Blaty who has made no secrets of his ambition to play for Liberia at senior level is eyeing a move to Europe where he hopes to benefit from the huge spotlight.

[perfectpullquote align=”full” cite=”” link=”” color=”” class=”” size=””]“I give all glory to the Almighty God for the achievements that I have made here in Kenya but Europe is where I want to be,”[/perfectpullquote]

he told Ducor Sports.

“Moving to Europe I think will be very good for me. I believe in my skill and I believe in myself so I don’t think I will have a problem.

According to reports, interested European clubs have been monitoring Blaty’s situation closely after his failed move to Esperance.

Blaty scored 32 times in last 36 games and a horde of teams in Kenya are also chasing for his signature in the coming June transfer widow.
