Kenyan international Masoud Juma has parted ways with Libyan club Al-Naser, the striker has announced.

Kenyan international Masoud Juma has parted ways with Libyan club Al-Naser, the striker has announced.

The Harambee Stars striker joined Naser in February but didn’t make any appearance for the club owing to political tension in the country.

The striker, who is part of Stars preliminary African Cup of Nations squad, has now announced that he has parted ways with the club.

“Due to political difficulties in Libya, I will not be part of Al-Naser. I just want to wish them best of luck in future,” the speedy forward posted on social media.

Masoud has always been on the move since he left Kenyan side Kariobangi Sharks in January 2018. He joined South African side, Cape Town City but only lasted for seven months.

In September 2018, he joined UAE side, Dibba Al Fujairah but three months later he exited in the club before heading to Libya in February 2018.

Masoud is a full Kenyan international but his recent inclusion in Harambee Stars squad for the forthcoming African Cup of Nations in Egypt was met with criticism with stakeholders questioning why he had been included in the squad yet he has been inactive at club level since December.
