Napsa Stars Look To Stun Coton Sport

Napsa Stars will lock horns with Coton Sport in the CAF Confederation Cup Group B match on Sunday.

Kick-off is at 13h00 GMT.

The encounter is scheduled to take place at the Roumde Adjia Stadium in the Cameroonian city of Garoua.

Napsa remain winless in the group stage after succumbing to a 1-0 defeat in the last meeting between the two teams, with the winning goal coming from Daman Abdouraman.

The Pensioners are at the bottom of the group with one point that they squeezed from JS Kabylie and a win will see them move to third place on the log.

Mohamed Fathi’s charges will look to Emmanuel Mayuka who is the most experienced player in their squad having played for English Premier League outfit Southampton.

Meanwhile, Coton Sport secured their second win in the group stage when they edged out Napsa away in their previous game in the competition.

The Cameroonian side are sitting at the top of the group standings and they will extend their lead with a win over Napsa.

Their danger man is Sibiri Sanou, who hit the back of the net twice in Coton’s win over defending champions RS Berkane.

Another win for Coton Sport will move them closer to securing their quarter-final place.

The other Group B match on Sunday sees JS Kabylie host RS Bekanew  in Tizi Ouzou, Algeria.
