Kenya U-23 Players Named in CHAN Squad

Kenya’s provisional squad that will play Burundi in African Championship (CHAN) qualifier matches in July and August has been released.

Kenya’s provisional squad that will play Burundi in African Championship (CHAN) qualifier matches in July and August has been released.

Stars coach Sebastien Migne named the squad on Tuesday morning as he released his African Cup of Nations squad as well.

Farouk Shikalo, Brian Bwire, Paul Were, Whyvonne Isuza, Joash Onyango, Philemon Otieno, Francis Kahata, Bernard Ochieng, John Avire and Allan Wanga who are part of the AFCON squad have also been named in the CHAN Squad.

A number of Kenya U23 players have also been drafted into the team. They are: Teddy Osok, Mike Kibwage, Andrew Juma, Pistone Mutamba, Sydney Lokale, and Ibrahim Shambi.
