Current Algerian league leaders CR Belouizdad are out scouring the market for a new coach following the resignation of Allik Said.

Current Algerian league leaders CR Belouizdad are out scouring the market for a new coach following the resignation of Allik Said.

Said left the 57-year-old club over his failure to work in “peaceful conditions.”

In a letter to fans, Allik said he couldn’t reach an agreement with CR’s CEO during showdown talks held at the club base.

Chairman Charaf Eddine Amara was demanding few changes be installed in the club’s philosophy despite topping the standings –a suggestion Allik detested leading to a stand-off.

A replacement is now being searched for as they race against time to fit in a new man to take over the helm.

No names have emerged yet.

CR lead the table by two points ahead of second-placed MC Alger in fifteen games.
