The centre forward has starred just on three occasions since July owing to injury.

The 23-year-old sealed the move to Kabylie in July this year on a fee thought to be in excess of €150,000 from Libya-based Benghazi.

Capped nine times by the East African national team, Juma has not clocked hundred minutes in the three cameos he’s had for Kabylie.

He landed at the Algerian club a marquee signing with a primary objective of helping the club go a step further than the second-place they managed last campaign and push them to attain their outlined objective of reaching the CAF Champions League semis.

The Isiolo-born was a priority in gaffer Hubert Verlud plans for the new term until injury wrecked it for him.

He has been out packed on the peripheries since with the club now seeing him more as a liability given that he is being paid despite not playing.

This is being translated as burden on the slim kitty Verlud is given to spend when the transfer window re-opens.

Coach Hubert gave no specifics as to the player’s situation or future and sources say the uncertainty means the Kenyan could be gotten rid of and replaced with an experienced new signing.
