Zesco Coach Lwandamina: We Have Learned a lot of Lessons

Zesco United coach George Lwandamina revealed that there were a lot of lessons the team had learned from their 2018 CAF Champions League campaign but preferred to keep them close to his chest.

The former Chipolopolo boss said they would be kept internally and used to improve on where they think they went wrong.

“There are so many lessons we have learned but I cannot divulge what we have learned but I’m sure tactically and administratively, there are a lot of things that we have been exposed to and it has been a good learning curve,” Lwandamina said.

“For me to give out the information to the public will be unjust to the team.  What we have learned will remain with us as Zesco United and we will work on them,” he added.

Rami Bedoui’s second-half headed goal canceled out Lazarus Kambole’s opener to make sure Zesco United and Sahel shared the spoils.

Zesco bowed out of the competition thanks to Premiero de Agusto’s 2-1 win over Mbabane Swallows as the Zambian club finished in third place with only six points.
