Yves Bissouma Linked WIth A Move To Arsenal

English Premier League giants Arsenal are close to signing Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Yves  Bissouma , according to reports.

The Mali international has been linked with a chunk of teams across Europe but he has prefers the Gunners over any other club.

Calciomercato reports that Arsenal and Brighton and Hove Albion had been locked in talks with Arsenal regarding Bissouma but the clubs had been some way off in their evaluation of the midfielder.

Bissouma has been one of Brighton’s most consistent performers in the recently concluded season, and AS Roma have been one of the clubs keeping tabs on the midfielder.

The 25-year-old is seen as one of the best midfielders in Europe, and Arsenal  know that his best years are more than likely ahead of him.

His work in a holding midfield position has been stunning over the years, especially with his passing so effortlessly accurate.

Bissouma joined Brighton from Ligue 1 side Lille on a long-term deal at the start of the 2018/2019 English Premier League season.

He has made 112 appearances in all competitions for the club, scoring three times.

Bissouma began his senior football career with Malian side AS Real Bamako before joining Lille in 2016.

The midfielder made his senior debut in 2015 and has won 26 caps for his country, helping them to the 2017,2019 and 2021  African Nations Cup finals.
