Ugandan Premier League side Vipers SC has confirmed that it has dissolved its technical bench ahead of the 2019/20 UPL campaign.

The team finished second in the UPL in the 2018/19 campaign behind leaders KCCA who reclaimed the title, they lost to the Venoms in 2017/18 season.

The club has now issued a statement confirming that the entire bench led by Kenyan coach Michael Nam, who joined about seven months ago, has been disbanded and that they are in the process of recruiting a new coach.

Club statement:

Vipers Sports Club would like to announce that coach Michael Nam Ouma has left the club. The Club has also dissolved the technical department with immediate effect.

Vipers Sports Club would like to thank Ouma and the technical team for the services rendered to the club and we wish them the best going forward. The club has started a process for the recruitment of a new coach and technical staff.
