Former Uganda Premier League winners KCCA’s coach Mike Hilary Mutebi was this week left needing treatment after sustaining a knife wound following a break-in into his home.

Thugs attacked the gaffer around 2:00 am at his Kawempe home, in Uganda’s capital Kampala.

The erstwhile SC Villa manager had to be rushed to the Nsambya hospital for treatment on minor injuries on his arms.

Mutebi was later released and attended the pre-match conference against his former employers SC Villa, a game he’s in the fray to oversee from the touchline.

Mike’s 12-time title holders Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club are in the search for a fourth win in seven outings on Tuesday at 1:00 pm.
