Tunisian national team player Mohamed Slim Ben Othman is facing a sanction for venting frustration over his lack of play time.

Tunisian national team player Mohamed Slim Ben Othman is facing a sanction for venting frustration over his lack of play time.

The 29-year-old this week went out in public to post his situation at the club on his Facebook timeline.

The winger couldn’t comprehend how he was still left out in Club Africain’s CAF Cup official team sheet even though the team’s players are not up to 30, calling it a “joke.”

“To sum up my situation a bit with Club Africain, the African list can have up to 30 players. The squad does not have 30 players. I am not part of the African list. End of this joke! ,” he wrote.

Gaffer Chiheb Ellili is not receptive of player’s expression of dissent and has, as a result, fallen out with Othman who is said to be facing sanction by the team’s disciplinary committee.

The forward joined the Tunisian Premier League outfit last summer from French second-tier side US Orleans on a free transfer.
