South Africa International Keagan Dolly’s Agent Ridiculed Over Mamelodi Sundowns Row

News surrounding South Africa international Keagan Dolly is refusing to die down. The 24-year-old – now plying his trade with Montpellier – was the subject of a much-heated debate prior to his departure to France.

The footballer, backed by the SA footballers’ union, sued then club Mamelodi Sundowns for denying him a move to one of Europe’s big clubs. According to Dolly, The Brazilians deliberately upped his release clause to discourage suitors from attempting to sign him – an allegation the African champions dismissed as too good to be true.

However, the star is now in France’s Ligue One but his agent Paul Mitchell continues to whine over the matter accusing Sundowns of just ‘parking’ his client.

The South African Premier Soccer League outfit reacted by publishing an email from Manchester City requesting the forward to visit their training ground for further discussions over a possible deal in the 2015 league campaign, in Sundowns’ bid to set the record straight.

The email published on the club’s website turned the pressure on Mitchell with many fans blasting the agent for moaning over trivial issues.
