Sanni Mama Bah-Yere Dreams Of European Move

Club Athlétique Renaissance Aiglon (CARA) Brazzaville defender Sanni Mama Bah-Yere says he has been putting in ‘extra shifts’ during training in the hope of getting a move abroad.

Club Athlétique Renaissance Aiglon (CARA) Brazzaville defender Sanni Mama Bah-Yere says he has been putting in ‘extra shifts’ during training in the hope of getting a move abroad.

The bullish left-lethal has been a rock in CARA’s defence this season with the team lying fourth in the log after sixteen rounds of league matches.

Speaking to Ducor Sports, the Benin international said he is adamant on improving his individual performance in the hopes of realising his dream of playing in Europe.

“I am able to work under the pressure from the fans and I want to use this platform to make my star shine brighter and hopefully land a deal abroad in the near future,” he said.

The Beninese went on to add that he is able to cope with the pressure that comes with playing for the Congolese giants.

“That is my ultimate target so I must give my all while playing for CARA, impress locally and internationally and in the process land a deal abroad. That is what I’m working on now, he told Ducor Sports.

Mama Bah-Yere joined the Eagles at the beginning of the season from Nigerian side Lobi Stars and has previously played for Les Buffles FC du Bourgou in his native Benin.

The youngster is remembered for helping Benin to reach the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, where they went on to reach the Round-16 of the competition.
