I believe in succession plan so this is part of it and we are not saying the big guys have failed or what we are looking for the future.  If we won’t have the big guys who will be playing in future,  We can’t be buying all the time.  The young ones should be given an opportunity.  What’s important in life is an opportunity and you need to embrace the opportunity with a purpose,” He said.
