Cameroonian goalkeeper Adre Onana appears to have made up his mind on whether or not to remain with Ajax Amsterdam at the end of the season.

The 24-year-old informed the Dutch media on Wednesday that he had agreed with the club to leave before the expiry of his contract.

According to various sources, the former Barcelona Youth goalkeeper is being eyed by Chelsea and Paris St. Germain.

“It was five great years here, but now my time has come to take a step. We made that appointment last year,” Onana said.

“I don’t yet know what will happen, but my ambitions and agreements are clear,” he concluded.

Onana joined Ajax on a free transfer in 2015 and is under contract with the Eredivisie leaders until 2022.

Onana made his first-team debut for the four-time European champions on 20 August 2016 against Willem II.

The young custodian was part of Cameroon squad that won the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations.
