Stars was set to meet Burundi in the first round but following CAF’s decision to include to include Djbouti in the qualifiers, Kenya will now face Tanzania in the qualification phase.

The team that will progress from the first phase will tackle the winner of the tie between Ethiopia and Djibouti in the second and final qualification round.

In the re-done draw, Harambee Stars will travel to Tanzania for the first leg set to be played between July 26 and July 28, with the second leg set to be played in Nairobi between August 2, and August 4, 2019.
