Swedish top-flight side Falkenberg FF have confirmed the signing of Kwame Kizito from rivals BK Hacken on a two-year-deal.

Swedish top-flight side Falkenberg FF have confirmed the signing of Kwame Kizito from rivals BK Hacken on a two-year-deal.

The 23-year-old has been at Bravida Arena since February, after joining on a free transfer from Libyan club Al Ittihad.

Since teaming up with Hacken, the forward, who has previously been part of the Black Stars B team, has scored three goals in his 15 appearances.

The former Hearts of Oak youngster is delighted with the switch and hopes to continue his goal-scoring performances for his new club.

“I want to thank coach Hasse Eklund for the confidence and sports manager Håkan Nilsson for the opportunity,” the new recruit told the club portal.

“Playing in Falkenbergs FF is a great opportunity and a great privilege for me to be able to help the team meet their goals.

“I know that Falkenbergs FF is an ambitious team with many talents. I will work hard to help the team achieve things.”

The Ghanaian international will link up with other African stars at Falcon Arena such as Nigeria duo of Nsima Peter and John Chibuike, who play as secondary strikers for the team.

Kizito could make his first appearance for Falkenberg when they take on Norrkoping in a Swedish League match on January 3.
