Cameroonian Player Fired From his New Club for Being HIV Positive

21-year-old Cameroonian player, Samuel Nlend has been sacked by Egyptian Premier League Club Al-lttihad after testing HIV positive.
The player was fired just four days after arriving from Union Duala. The Egyptian News outlet KingFut.com broke the news on Twitter just after the club terminated his new three-year contract.
The club later went public with the news. It was a move that many have come out to criticize as unprofessional on the clubs part. This will make it tough for the player to find a new club considering it will be almost impossible to get a work permit in some countries because of the situation.
