Andre Ayew Told He Can Leave West Ham.

West Ham has told Andre Ayew that he can leave the club and they are actively pursuing a replacement.

The Ghanaian forward has managed only nine goals in 43 Premier League appearances for West Ham with three of those goals scored this season. David Moyes has made it clear that he needs different types of strikers and has already offloaded Senegal’s Diafra Sakho and is also planning on sending Javier Hernandez out as well.

Ayew, however, might be headed back to Swansea, a club he moved from to West Ham. He scored 12 goals in 34 appearances for Swansea during the 2015/16 season and they are keen on getting him back as evidenced by them upping their original £14million offer to £18m including add-ons for the forward.

West Ham, however, is holding out for £20m having paid £20.5m to the Swans back in the summer of 2016.
