Ivory Coast will be looking to end a four-year drought and Camara faces a huge task as he bears the hope of the entire nation.

The list is expected to have the best of players to achieve Ivory Coast’s bid of winning the tournament in Egypt.

The two-time African champions will then head to Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates for a training camp before the official 23-man squad for the tournament is submitted to CAF.

The Ivorian FA has already secured two friendly matches in UAE, against Moldova on June 7 and another against Uganda a week later, on June 15.

Ivory Coast, who are in Group D alongside South Africa, Morocco and Namibia will begin the tournament against the Bafana Bafana on June 24.

Morocco will be up next on June 28, before the Elephants wind it up with a match against Namibia on July 1.

This year’s edition has been expanded from 16 to 24 teams and with the top two teams of each group, along with the best four third-placed teams advancing to the round of 16.
