Aurier, 23, was involved in an altercation outside a nightclub near Paris on May 30, in which he abused and acted violently towards police officers.
The Ivory Coast international was also fined €600 (£520) by the Paris correctional tribunal, with a further €1,500 in costs.
It is possible that the defender could perform community service instead of going to jail.
