It’s been a long time coming since soccer legend George Weah began his political journey in his quest to become president of Africa’s oldest republic, Liberia.
It is a journey well fulfilled as the former footballer not only beat all odds to heap another milestone, winning the highest political seat in office, but as a leader set to make new waves of leadership across Africa.
It is an honor to welcome in our country African and international leaders and partners, for my Inauguration Day. I have many plans for Liberia. Be ready for visible and major positive changes.
