Road to Gabon: Yasser Mugerwa, a Uganda Cranes Hopeful, Leaves South Africa’s Orlando Pirates for Ethiopia’s St. George

The 22-year-old Uganda Cranes midfielder, Yasser Mugerwa who was released recently by South Africa’s giants Orlando Pirates has joined Ethiopian giant St. George.

According to Uganda’s New Vision, the former Uganda Revenue Authority player revealed this through social media.

he said.

According to Uganda’s Kawoowo Sports, Mugerwas’s agent Geoffrey Kayemba said it’s the end of speculation, and the midfielder will play at St. George for the next two seasons. Mugerwa will hope to join the Ugandan squad going to Gabon for the 2017 nations cup.
